The Balancing Act

We’re all faced with the daily matrix called life.  Many of us follow routines that consist of work, raising children, functions, extra activities, and not to mention the infamous ‘never ending soap opera’ called housework!  We literally cram life into a 24 hour window.  Finding a balance is one of the most important adventures in life.  Daily living can be an emotional experience if we wake up on the wrong side of the bed.  Taking healthy steps to ensure a continuous waking state can be a rewarding process for a happier you. Who do you want to be today?  Getting into a rhythm seems to work much better than just going with the flow (especially when it pertains to your state of mind).  Meditation is a great approach to centering your perception while becoming a better you.  Exercise is another effort that can assist with cleaning out your mental clutter.  Focusing on good points and the wellness of your mind will allow you to be more aware of your surroundings.  You’ll have the ability to react calmer to unforeseen conflicts or circumstances when they arise.  We all deal with conflict in very different ways.  It is your state of mind and balance that creates your reaction to the way you handle the ‘drama’.  Life presents us with many opportunities to make changes.  It is the will and the want that creates the process into ensuring your balance.  Time is fleeting, so be sure to borrow a few moments for yourself daily to find your balance.  You’ll be glad you did!
